Cook on
high setting of crock pot
1 pound
bag of mixed dried beans
1 chopped
onion
1 cup
chopped carrots
1 cup
chopped cilantro OR other seasonal
herbs
6 ounces
green chile salsa Trader Joe's
3
tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon pepper
1 can
crushed or fresh tomatoes
Wash beans. Put all in a crock pot and cover with water so that there is twice as much water. Cook all day on high setting.
