5 – 7 roma tomatoes [chopped].
2 – 3 jalapeno peppers, [chopped].
1 bell pepper,[chopped], any color will do but i prefer yellow.
2 Tbs
finely chopped fresh cilantro or fresh basil
2 Tbs
finely chopped parsley.
1 small red onion, [finely chopped].
2 cloves garlic, [minced].
Blend 2 tomatoes with all of the other ingredients. Pour into a small bowl. Blend the rest of the tomatoes.
