4 cloves garlic, to taste, chopped. 1 lemon. 1 Tbs capers 4 Tbs chickpeas [steamed]. 1 Tbs drymustard. 1 Tbs tamari sauce. 1 Tbs olive oil. 1 tsp flax oil. Croutons(optional). Romaine lettuce.
Toss and serve with a few sprigs of parsley.
